What are RTSP and ONVIF?

RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) is a real-time protocol required for transmitting a video stream. RTSP support is mandatory — without it, connecting to Faceter is not possible.

ONVIF (Open Network Video Interface Forum) is an industry standard that defines interaction protocols for devices such as IP cameras, encoders, DVRs, and video management systems. It is required for transmitting detections. Connecting to Faceter without ONVIF support is possible, but with limited functionality (no detection data).
