Internet Connection Settings

A stable internet connection, low server latency (ping), and high speed allow the phonecam to work reliably without losing video segments.

Follow these tips to optimize your network connection:

1. Find the area with the most stable Wi-Fi signal. You can use third-party apps such as WiFi Analyzer for this.

2. Remove unused apps from the device to avoid background update downloads or unnecessary internet traffic. Important: do not remove Google Play Services system components — they may be required for Faceter to work correctly.

3. If there are areas with an unstable signal in the room, move the router or use a Wi-Fi signal extender.
